Knee-deep floods closed down the stretch of N.S. Amoranto Avenue and at the corner of G. Araneta Avenue in Quezon City Wednesday noon as heavy rains spawned by typhoon 'Karen' caused the nearby stream to overflow. The flood caused heavy traffic along Quezon Avenue as motorists were forced to look for alternate routes. INQUIRER.net/Abigail Kwok
